Creating your editorial calendar

Earlier on one of my previous posts, I referred to a content calendar.  I thought that I would dig into my archive file and share an editorial calendar template that I have created.   This file is in excel and there is a worksheet for each month.  This is something that you should have in your planning sessions and should be able to take what you come up with in your brainstorming sessions to complete the calendar.   I find it helpful to assign responsibility for each post.  Also by looking at the entire year of content on a calendar like this, it allows you to schedule themed posts around community events or holidays in advance.  Editorial Calendar

Creating a calender will increase the likelihood of success when it comes to meeting your goals that you set for your business with respect to social media.
